Position Reporting:
This position is part of Sunday Cool – Sales Department reporting to the Sales Team Lead.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm [40 hours/week].
Overtime may be required based on workload and production demands. This position will be likely to have overtime or weekend work during the peak of busy season, running May-July.
Compensation:
This is a commission base sales position with an initial base salary that reduces, as the book of business is being built. Our starting base salary is $35K-$50k depending on experience plus uncapped commission. On-target earnings range from $55,000 to $120,000 depending on quota and client assignment.
THERE IS NO COLD CALLING! Our project advisors are assigned EXISTING accounts that have worked with Sunday Cool in the past, or new accounts who requested information or quotes.

As a Project Advisor within our Sales Department, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with our valued prospects and clients, understanding their apparel requirements, and managing the sales pipeline effectively. You will be assigned existing accounts that have worked with Sunday Cool in the past and be expected to assess needs, build deeper relationships, grow revenue from each, as well as respond to leads generated by our marketing team.
At Sunday Cool, we specialize in serving the local church, working closely with youth and children’s pastors to provide exceptional apparel solutions. Our mission is to foster meaningful connections with our client base and deliver top-notch service tailored to their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong rapport with our expanding prospect and client base.
Manage and cultivate a robust sales pipeline.
Assess and understand the apparel needs of clients through inbound leads.
Initiate formal quotes and diligently follow up on submissions.
Generate timely and accurate quotes for clients.
Monitor and follow up on artwork checks and sizing requirements.
Cultivate deeper relationships within client accounts.
Handle email correspondence efficiently and promptly.
Ensure timely execution of production schedules by reviewing and scrubbing the Monday board.
Engage with customers through the Live Chat process.
Foster connections by sending Wow Boxes to new clients, showcasing our products.
Prepare Cases (CSIs) for incorrect orders to clients and facilitate artwork through ARFs for the Art Department.
Develop targeted email templates for specific audience segments.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements:
Preferably hold a college degree in Marketing, Sales, Ministry, Communications, or related fields.
Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
1-5 years of experience in account management and inside or outside sales.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or equivalent Google tools.
Familiarity with customer databases such as Sales Force, Pipedrive, etc.
Understanding of operations within the local church environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of screen printing is advantageous.
Outgoing nature with a natural ability to engage in conversations.
Physical Requirements:
Able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
Probationary Period & Termination
During the first 90 days we will be training you specifically for the above position. Before the conclusion of your probationary period, we will meet with you to review and determine if this is a long term fit for both parties. Sunday Cool, LLC reserves the right to terminate employment of any employee at any time without notice and without payment in lieu of notice, subject to the laws of the State of Florida.
Overtime & Payroll:
We pay biweekly (Every other week) on Fridays. Pay is based on eighty standard hours per pay period and Sunday Cool has 26 pay periods/year.
Drug Free Workplace:
Sunday Cool is a drug free workplace. The company reserves the right to conduct drug testing on all employees. In the event of a workplace accident the impacted employee will be required to be tested for drugs.
