Sunday Cool is a company based in sunny Tavares, FL providing our customers with the best custom apparel you can find. We’re a company that’s been built on second chances. From our founder to our newest hire, the gift of a second chance is woven throughout each of our stories. Even our buddy, Carll, got a second chance and now gets to be a Sunday Cool intern for life. (We’re still trying to figure out what exactly he does around here!)

So, we thought we’d give Carll the opportunity to tell you a little bit more about who we are and what we do. We’re so much more than our super soft t-shirts…This is Sunday Cool!

Two Brothers, One Mission

In 2016, our owners, Steve, and Jeff Hooper, decided to create a family business that would build upon their past experiences. 

In the mid-’90s, Steve founded an apparel company that he later sold in 2011.  Jeff had left a 30-year career as an executive with a large bank when they decided to come together and build a legacy business for future generations.

The Best is Yet to Come

We don’t come to work every day only because of Super-Soft Tees, no-feel water-based inks, or 72-hour turnarounds. Those details are great, and we know they add a lot of value. But that’s not why we show up.

We come to work every day because of you, our customer. Your ministry. Your organization. Your passion. Your tireless work. The impact you’re making on your community. We exist to serve those who serve, and it’s what keeps us going day in and day out.

As your #1 volunteer, we promise to show up early, jump in and be available when you need us, and always strive to make you look good. Pinky swear!

Early on, the Hooper brothers knew they wanted to build something that stood out from the crowd. They decided they wanted to serve churches, camps, and other non-profits by offering three things:

Plus, every week, we create fun, hilarious, and engaging video content that can be used as a resource for our customers. To effectively do this, we knew we needed a spokesperson, and thank goodness we found Carll…or should we say, "Carll found us." We also have a podcast called Ninjas Are Butterflies that releases a new episode every Friday.

At Sunday Cool, we do so much more than t-shirts. We are on a mission to glorify God by serving those who serve, and we have a ton of fun doing it! Besides the donuts, we come to work every day to create a remarkable experience through custom apparel and hilarious and relevant content for our customers. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we’re obsessed with setting our customers up for success with excellence, innovation, and the very best customer service.
