There are three things that bring Carll pure joy. The first is obviously Jesus, the second is what he calls “old shoe smell,” and the third is CAMP! He believes that whether you’re a newborn rugrat or a rambunctious teen, camp is a crucial part of the human experience. 

However, Carll knows that simply attending camp isn't enough. You must stay safe to have the best experience possible, and that is only possible by knowing and obeying the camp rules!
